The Climate mergency is a real and existential issue, council up and down the country are declaring emergencies and forming working groups. To aide discussions by Harborough District Councils working group, that we cannot be involved with, and Oadby & Wigstons coucil Environmental forum which unfortunately is being held during the working day, we have produced this list of prospective projects that could be undertaken by the council.
