Yesterdays local elections have marked a step change in local poitics where the Green party has moved from being a fringe party to the definitive 4th party in English politics.
Here in Market Harborough we had a great result in Welland ward missing out on a seat by 46 votes and we would like to thank the residents of the ward for their support.
Looking at the wider picture the party had a wonderful result across the County securing our first ever seat, not only that but 4 seats in 4 different councils plus another in Rutland.
